D.A. Saia has been active in radiography education for almost 40 years. Saia pursued her professional radiography studies at Danbury Hospital (Danbury, CT) and received her graduate degree in education from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT). Saia served as Radiography Program Director at Danbury Hospital for several years. She later directed the Radiography Program at the Stamford Health System (Stamford, CT) for more than 30 years. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College. Saia has been active in state and regional professional societies and has lectured extensively at local, state, and regional professional meetings. Her other McGraw Hill Education products include Radiography Prep, Lange Q&A: Radiography Examination, and Radiography Review Flashcards.

For 40 years, Merryl Fulmer has been involved in many aspects of radiology academia, including serving as Program Director, Clinical Instructor, and Adjunct Faculty at various colleges and universities, and Clinical Trials Trainer for the American College of Radiology. A past president of the PhilaSRT, she is also dedicated to other state societies through volunteering and lecturing. Fulmer developed and teaches an Initial Training in Mammography Program, which is currently in its twelfth year and going strong. Her biggest passion is tutoring individuals, who are preparing to take the national certification exams by the ARRT for primary and post-primary certification.

Craig Shephard is a registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Sonographer (ARDMS) with 30 years of experience in the medical imaging field. He has been involved in radiologic technology education in several capacities, including clinical coordinator, program director, forensic radiography consultant, and currently as the Director of Health Sciences Education at Nashville General Hospital. Shephard is the author of McGraw Hill's Radiographic Image Production and Manipulation and has served as a reviewer for several other McGraw Hill publications, including Radiography Prep, Program Review and Exam Preparation, and Essentials of Radiologic Science. He has previously worked as the National Dean of Radiologic Technology, Medical Office Basic X-ray Technician, and Cardiovascular Technology programs for Education Affiliates, Inc.
